I recently purchased a light weight feeder that uses small tubes called the Tweeter Totter. This anole is demonstrating how the weight of the bird, or lizard n this case, tips the feeder down, bringing the solution to the opening. He just can't figure out how to get to the sugar. This hummer on the other hand, has no problem.

Where did you get it ,and how much did you pay.How does it work so the fluid doesn't drip out when tipped down? Don LaClair

I picked this up at Rich's Backyard Birds in Lithia (Fishhawk) for around $20. I'm not aware of anyone else selling this but my guess is that it could be found on line or in a Wildbird type store. Like a hamster's water bottle, the opening is small enough that the solution doesn't flow even when it's turned upside down.

I've never seen a feeder like this - nice design. I'm looking for a feeder to attach to a window 3 stories up. We live in a stilt house and I have had hummers come to deck feeders 2 stories up and would love to watch them at my sewing studio window - I spend hours there every day. Anyone know where I can find suction cup-type feeder?

I have bought suction type feeders at Lowe's and Wall-Mart before. My son got me one called a Jewel Box, I think at the same place that Steve bought his. It has two suction cups to hold it and the box lifts out so that you don't have to remove the suction cups each time as you do with the others.
