unreported sightings

How many of you have friends or know of people who have hummingbirds come to are in their yards but they never report them anywhere? Just curious Don LaClair

I know of many who don't report their hummingbirds here but do mention them on other forums and lists (gardening, birding, etc.) including some of my closest friends and family members. I started out with a plan to forward all of the sighting reports that I received from other sources but quickly realized that I don't have the time. I try to forward notable sightings including all non-Ruby-throateds and Ruby-throateds from areas where they are considered uncommon (like the southeast).

I appreciate all of you who have taken the time to report your sightings, as well as those who have used this forum to ask or answer questions, as that's ultimately what will make this forum a beneficial resource for all.
