Fred Bassett banded a Rufous in Pace on Tuesday and an adult female Rufous showed up at my brother's in the same subdivision on Wednesday. A lot of Rufous are showing up now. If your Rufous is using a feeder and you'd be interested in allowing a bander into your yard to band the bird, Fred will be at my brother's in Pace sometime this week.
