Saw the first hummingbird since last fall today,adult RT at the feeder.

Congratulations! That is exciting news. It was good that you had a feeder as a ready welcome. The little guy must be mighty pleased right about now too.

I sure don't have any flowers blooming yet!!! Put the feeders out about 2 weeks ago.

Just saw my 2nd RTH of the spring, another male.The first male was pretty small but the second is of normal size.The small male chased the larger male away from a feeder.

We have at least 3 RTH in our yard at this time and I believe there are 4. We have an adult male,an adult female and I believe 2 younger birds. The young ones seem to be feeding together.I saw 1 at a feeder and another feeding on a pagota plant 15ft away, they flew off together when they were done. They did not chase each other or seem aggressive to each other like I normally see.
