I live in Bradenton, FL. I have put a hummingbird feeder out, but have not seen any activity yet. When can I expect to see hummingbirds at my feeder? Are they in this area? Thank you.

Hummingbirds may be seen in Bradenton any time of the year, but are less likely during the summer. You're most likely to see one during migration but you may also be able to attract one during winter.
A lot depends on your neighborhood. They can be very local occurring in one area or neighborhood and not the next. Landscaping with red tubular flowers, or having a neighbor with them, is the best way to improve your chances of attracting hummingbirds.
