Fred Bassett, well known hummingbird bander, will speak on the topic on Sunday, Jan. 16th 2011 at Circle Bar B Ranch off SR 540 in Lakeland. Time is 6:30 - 8:30. You must reserve a seat by going to www.lakeregionaudubon.org to register. |

Sorry, try going back there and click on Contact us which is on the right side across the top of the page. Leave them an email message and I will make sure Sue (the person in charge of setting this up gets it). There was a place to go to in the previous newsletter but couldn't find it myself. I know there are still places available as I added my hubby yesterday.

Hey everybody if you go on the lakeregionaudubon.org website just click the winter hummer article or go to the calendar(January). Either way you will find a way to pre-register. We can't have more than 90 people due to fire codes. So that is why there is pre-registration. Refreshments will be available at 6:00pm the presentation starts at 6:30pm. If all else fails just send an email to me at
president@lakeregionaudubon.org
and I will make sure you have a spot, but do it soon before we fill up.

I just signed up for this event. Thanks for posting the information on here! Maybe I can convince some of those Lakeland hummers to migrate over to Auburndale. Haven't seen any here since last April.  |
