My family and myself are visiting Florida (theme parks ) from April 25 thru May 9,can anyone recommend a site for hummers that the wife and kids could tag along with me? thanks.

Hmmm... that may not be as easy as it might sound. At least here in Lakeland, about 45 min. from WDW and the same from Tampa, our hummers have usually left to go north. We may get a few strays still in migration but it might be easier to see them north of us than in this area.
Others that live in and around Orlando may be of help to you. There is a guy in Clermont, which is closer to Orlando that may be able to give you an idea of where to go.

thanks for the information, i was kinda hoping we would be in the middle of migration and be able to see them,never mind.

cymro - Another suggestion would be checking with Florida botanical gardens: bestgardenvisits.com/florida/florida.htmlIf you are going during the season of winter hummers or spring migration, you may very well see hummers at some of the places listed in on that list.

There have been 3 or 4 ruby-throats at Bok gardens all winter.
