Where are you in Lakeland? There is a group of us who keep in touch with sightings on this forum and by phone. Want to join us, send me a personal message through here?
BTW, congratualtions on you hummer!

I haven't seen my little hummingbird in about 4 weeks. Should I be concern or is there hope for more sightings?

Not sure where you are in the Lakeland area but I would surmise that your hummer reported in mid Sep. was migrating and finally felt it was time to continue on to his or her final destination for the winter season. Considering that a hummer found your yard attractive I would say that others may also find it attractive. My most interesting hummers have always made their winter appearance in Dec. and Jan. when colder temperatures north of us finally force them to hummer friendly yards further south (our area). Yes, you have a good chance of seeing more hummers!

Thanks for your info. I'm sorry that I didn't reply sooner. I will continue with the feeders and report any sightings.
