I live on the north side of Choctawhatchee Bay (basically across from Destin) and have had a ton of hummers this Sept. They started slow with only a couple around Labor Day. I was very disappointed. My sister in Mobile said she didn't have very many either. But in a couple of days I had way too many to count. I estimate probably around 20 at least. At one point they were drinking 2 full size (16 oz) feeders plus 6 small (4 oz) single feeders every day for about a week. The last few days they have dwindled down - probably only have 7 to 10 now. I have a question - am I seeing the same throughout the month or do they only stay a couple of days and there's a big turnover? Also, I have other pics I'd like to post, how can I do that? Would like to know what kind I have. Attachments:
