Sighted a new hummer at the feeder on 9/13 right around dusk. First time I've seen any other species besides Ruby-throated hummingbirds in my yard.
Per Nancy Newfield - "It appears to be a young female Rufous/Allen's Selasphorus. It cannot be positively identified to species from these images and possibly cannot be identified to species photographically."
So it is indeed a confirmed Rufous or Allen's Selasphorus per photos that I posted on another forum. :-)

I saw her again early this morning, but did not see her in the late afternoon, so she may have moved on to wherever she is headed.

Oops! She was sighted again on the morning of Sept. 14th from my previous post. (I'm posting this info on the 15th.)
