This Rufous - not sure if its an immature male or female has beena round for awhile now. It does goes to a couple of the feeders and uses the Pentas. It likes to hang out in the same spot in the Crepe Myrtle tree for long periods of time. Attachments:

I can't be positive but I think that the Rufous I have here has a band on the right leg. The picture I took Sunday is blurry but it appears to have something shiny on the leg. If so, it could be one of several that have visited my yard over the last 4 seasons. I am hoping it is Ruffie, the first Rufous and the one who has returned each season since, if only on and off during the winter.
