this is the third spring that i have seen a black-chinned hummer in my yard. the last two spings i saw one for only a couple of days. this year there has been one around for a week. i'll try to set up for a pic today.

3/6/2014 Black Chin Male, my black chins usually arrive 2-4 weeks before the ruby's for 20 years or so, if I catch the sentinels they nest here
