The last of my over wintering hummers left a week ago but yesterday a hummer buzzed my wife while she was weeding in the yard next to several blooming plants. Still have three feeders up but the hummer has not visited any of them.
Noticed a hummer at a honeysuckle vine this morning so I may have a summer hummer here for the next few months.
I believe it was a female but not positive, until I see her again a little closer and maybe when I have the binoculars handy.
