June 26th - One female ruby-throated hummingbird spotted several times feeding on my coral honeysuckle vine. (AM and PM)
June 27th - One female and an unidentified hummingbird fighting over the honeysuckle vine. The female chased the other off. (PM)
June 28th - Female spotted in an oak tree near the honeysuckle vine. I put out two feeders trying to attract more hummingbirds today. (AM) Usually they prefer the vine but I am going to try anyway. This is the earliest I have ever spotted hummingbirds in my yard and I have been watching them for about five years now. I am glad to see them!
