First sighting of the season. Hubby saw one yesterday at firecracker bush, then flew up to perch in the oak tree. Today, I saw one twice in our butterfly garden, feeding on porters weed, then flew up to rest in coconut palm, then came back a few minutes later. This is earlier than we usually see them here in Lixahatchee, FL! We usually do not see them until much cooler weather.
