Had a female RTH visit the firespike plant three days in a row beginning Monday, but have not seen it the last two days. Yesterday had a male RTH visit a feeder in the yard.

Steve,
Do you think the RTHs that I'm seeing are established in my area for the remainder of the winter or just passing through to head further south?

Either is possible. I'm still seeing quite a bit of turnover of birds in my yard but at the same time, I've seen what I believe are the same two or three birds for the past three weeks.

We've had several hummers in north Temple Terrace who have stayed with us since early spring and, I think, they are still here. I haven't seem them in the last couple of days, but I'm not staring out the window all day wither. Is there a chance that they're here to stay?

Had a female RTH come feed within 3 feet of me this afternoon as I was standing in the yard.

Gary,
There's always a chance they will stay. But, there are not guarantees.

Female RTH seems to stop by once or twice a day for about a minute or two and then flies away. Seems like the same bird, but doesn't hang around long.
