I have posted my initial RT sighting October and ongoing updates on the RT sighting thread.
Observed interesting territorial behavior yesterday. Hawk perched on Frangipani branch near one of my feeders.
Noticed a quick flash go by her head and then multiple bomb diving runs by both FRTs.
Hawk tired of this and flew up into tall tree at back of yard. Hawk obviously didn't realize that this was a
favored perch and insect hunting ground of the hummers. So both FRTs pulled hover tactics around
the hawk. Hawk's head jerking constantly until once again annoyed enough to fly off.
