FYI spotted in Ocala Florida ( in the Calla Hills development) On March 12, 2019 a male black chinned hummingbird has been visting daily to a feeder we put up on March 1st ( my first feeder), he is still coming and it is 3/20. The purple band under his black head hood is brilliant when the sun hits. This is the only hummingbird that we have seen at feeder, we have no flowers and donot see other feeders up so we are luck he found the feeder.
