But I have to ask. Are hummingbirds crepuscular? Mine only seem to show up early morning and around sunset. Should I be looking for them at other times?
Thanks

They do feed all day.
A lot of people report similar observations. It may be that they feed longer in the morning and evening, filling up before and after a long night, so that's when you're more likely to see them. Other reasons may be that there is a preferred source of food elsewhere and competition or the quality of the nectar varies throughout the day.
